I need clarification as to the rules governing this new thread. Is it for general discussion, or for any of us to to pop in and say, for instance, “how about we go for an outing” Already it is advertising DR.L walking group, his Serendipity cafe jaunts and we have been treated to some poetry. May have to shout to get a word in, that is if any other Cheeryatrics are brave enough to speak up. :?:?:?

Does that mean that all your hobby horses are stabled now and we can get on with the reason for having a new thread, Dr.L

Dr L has been rather stressed by some of the criticism and unfortunately was involved in a car crash this afternoon. He is recuperating at home being cared by Nurse Desi.

Don’t be so cheeky! Seriously, he has been upset and worried about the way people have reacted to his efforts to involve people in other activities.

Sorry tp hear of the accident Dr L – best wishes. Since my recent eposode (not my fault) I feel wary on the road but not let it put me off. My car was repaired to the tune of $3000. and it is to be sold at Turners Auction – and have upgraded to a Honda Jazz with more safety features.
