What a lovely Christmas gathering yesterday. Lovely food supplied by all. Thank you Greta for organising it all and all the helpers you had yesterday.
Sorry to hear about Vanda. I think she was in the same assessment unit as David but they all had curtains around them I couldn’t see anybody. David is now in his own room. I will check today if she is still around.#1738972ann011MemberMember since: November 13, 2010

I was so sorry to miss the Christmas lunch last week. I had been looking forward to coming, especially as I hadn’t been able to get to the coffee mornings or Frugal Friday for a while. I’m sure you all had a lovely time. I can’t promise but I hope to do better next year! I’m sorry to hear of those who are unwell and hope that they are feeling better soon. I am getting ready for my Brisbane daughter and family to arrive next weekend to stay with me – we are off to Hanmer for Christmas. It won’t exactly be a rest! I wish you all a Very Happy and Enjoyable Christmas and a Healthy 2020. Best Wishes to all. Ann 011#1738992bunnyhop December 13, 2019 at 5:38 pm
Hello everyone, what a lovely Xmas luncheon we had yesterday at harper gardens. It a lovely complex we’re able to use. Many thanks clarie for arranging us to be able to use it. Thank you all very much for bring the lovely range of food we had.
I had an appointment today at the hospital, and afterwards visited vanda. She is on ward 26 room 10. I didn’t stay long as doctors arrived to see her.

Thank you Greta, Claire and other helpers for organising such a lovely Grownups Christmas lunch. The meal that everybody contributed to was fabulous. It is a pity Vanda could not share it with us and I hope she is getting better. Christmas blessings to everyone. Hugs Ros#1739160bunnyhop December 16, 2019 at 8:07 pm

We talked about our plans for 2020, and everyone happy to continue as we are. Our 1st frugal Friday is the last Friday in January, having a picnic out at the groynes. More about that later, and February our yearly outing to the raspberry cafe out at tai tapu.
Im having a couple of weeks off, but anyone still wanting to have a coffee and catch up just met at maccas, or someone may like to go some where else.
Id like to send everyone Christmas greetings. Enjoy the day, and a happy and safe new year. Take care everyone. Many thanks for your lovely friendships. Cheers. 🙋♀️🙋♀️🙋♀️🙋♀️#1739770DesiMemberMember since: October 28, 2006

Sorry to be late with this report, I wish it was because of too much sitting in the sun drinking bubbly. Alas, no. We had a happy get together at Maccas on Monday. We were Flash and Audrey, Robert, Graham and Judy Q, Wogs and Bess001, Sivam and Desi. I hope I haven’t forgotten anyone. I was visiting Vande at the hospital after coffee, and everyone sent her their best wishes for a good outcome.#1739800lizzey1MemberMember since: November 18, 2018

Happy New Year to everyone and the hope it brings us many blessings and good health.
I won’t be attending the picnic at the Groynes as cannot risk being anywhere near sandflies. mosquitoes with my acute reaction to them, but I do so hope I can join you all at Raspberry Cafe in February.
I do hope Vande is improving, how lovely it is that some of you are able to visit her.
Take care, happy wishes,

Hi everyone. I’m a bit slow off the mark, with my little chat. It was lovely to see everyone on Monday. There were 13 of us there, desi, Bev, Sivan, Audrey, Flash Gordon, Robert,Izzy, jamface,Bessi, wogs, Judy, graham, and myself.
our January frugal Friday is a picnic at the groynes on the 31st. If by chance it is raining on the that day, Harper gardens lounge is the alternative venue. We will met about 11.30 and Gordon will have his motor home at the groynes. There will be hot water available for tea and coffee. Please bring a chair and a plate of finger food to share. Gordon will supply a table for the food. We will talk about the food next week.
Have a good week. Take care. See u on Monday at maccas. Cheers 🙋♀️🙋♀️🙋♀️#1741063bunnyhop January 20, 2020 at 6:51 pm
Hi everyone. We weren’t in our usual place at McDonald’s today. It was a bit noisey. There were 12 of us there. Izzy, Vonda, Robert, Graham, Judy, wogs, Bessi, Sivan, desi, June, jamface, and myself. All the best to nana rose on her move on Friday into harper gardens.
