I am wondering if there are others who have experienced this problem. Back in March we purchased our tour of Thailand. Flight Centre had a very good special on. Of course this included a few days in Bangkok and we pre-paid a trip to the Kwai bridge and two other places. In early June due to the current unrest we thought it wise to cancel out the Bangkok leg. We went in to collect our deposits for the said leg and were horrified to discover we woud only receive a small portion of our money back. Okay, I understand losing a cancellation fee of $40 but for them to retain $200 as well I feel is over the top. I was informed by Infinity Holidays that we have twelve months in which we can use this $200 on other travel. After this I will not be using Infinity again.
