Grown Ups Terms and Conditions
LayAway Holidays/Grown Ups T&CS Terms and Conditions 1. The winner ('Winner') of the 'LayAway Holidays/Grown Ups' 3nts in Melbourne competition ('Competition') will win the following: ('Prize'). 2. The prize is a 3nt stay in Melbourne in a 4-Star hotel selected by Layaway Holidays with economy class return flights from Auckland to Melbourne. 3. The prize is valid for departures from 01st May 2010 to 31st Oct 2010, and is strictly subject to availability of the appropriate air ticket fare classes and hotel room nights as determined by LayAway Holidays. It is advised that over busier holiday periods there is likely to be restricted availability and it is suggested that planning travel at these times be avoided. The prizewinner must also provide a minimum of 4 weeks notice of intention to travel prior to the intended departure date. 4. Beverages, excursions, gratuities and other incidental or costs of a personal nature are not included with the prize and are to be covered by the prize winner. Prize is non transferable and non redeemable for cash. 5. The Winner is responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from the airports. 6. The Winner and their proposed travel companion must both be aged 18 years or over. 7. The Winner will be selected by a random draw on 5th April 2010. The selection of the Winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. The closing date for entries is 31st March. Each Competition entrant ('Competitor') must provide their name, address (for the delivery of the Prize or relevant documentation), phone number and email address. 9. LayAway Holidays/Grown Ups accepts no responsibility for entries lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, delayed or incomplete. 10. Neither LayAway Holidays/ Grown Ups nor any other person or party associated with the Competition shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect and/or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in the Competition or with the Prize or any part of it. 11. The Winner will have their Prize or the relevant documentation, delivered to the address listed on their entry. The Winner should allow up to 21 days for delivery of their Prize or the relevant documentation. LayAway Holidays/ Grown Ups are not responsible for the safe delivery of the Prize or the relevant documentation, although all care will be taken. 12. The Prize does not include the cost of medical expenses, spending money, airport or hotel transfers, travel or personal insurance, items of a personal nature, meals or beverages, airport taxes, government taxes or levies, laundry, telephone calls, additional nights or room upgrades other than as outlined in clauses 2-3. The Prize is subject to availability, is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. All components of the Prize must be taken together. 13. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winner may be requested to present a credit card upon arrival at the hotel to cover all incidentals which may be incurred. 14. Competitors acknowledge that the Prize is provided by sponsors and agree that LayAway Holidays/ Grown Ups will not be responsible for the failure of any sponsor to provide all or any part of the Prize. LayAway Holidays/ Grown Ups accepts no responsibility for the quality of the Prize. 15. Any word that is singular may also include the plural.
