River Cruising is Just Delightful
Book now to go into the draw to win a Konev leather travel bag valued at $500 (& find goodies in the bag). Offer closes 15 March 2010.
First time I heard about SKIing was on the Russia River Cruise. As we sailed along the Niva River from St Petersburg one of the travellers said “we are SKIing with Viking every summer”. I was sure you couldn’t ski on the river and said so. They responded with “Yes we can. It stands for *Spending Kids Inheritance!”
I laughed but then I realised they were right. They had financed kids’ education; helped them with mortgages, and the so-called “kids” are all in professions and doing well. So, it was their time now to follow their dream to see the world, and their kids love that they are enjoying life. Maybe it’s time for you to start SKIing too!
Cruising is a wonderful way to travel
