He's got the whole world in his hands

This is my new grand daughter Ayla having her first big bath with dad. I was most privileged to be allowed to be present at the birth along with my two youngest children then 10 and 16 yrs. It certainly is a whole different experience being there but not being the one delivering bubs! I thank my daughter very much for allowing me to share her first birth, it's something I'll never forget. And I can't help but wonder if Ayla knew I was there somehow and that's why we seem to share an extraordinarily close bond now. Life truly is an exceptional and wonderous thing not ever to be taken lightly or for granted. I've always maintained children are a privilige, not a right and more people should remember this and raise their families accordingly.
