MARK'S PROFILE:

The best part about working at Solid Gold FM:  It’s gotta be the music…every song's a ripper. The 60’s and 70’s were the most furtile years of music and have yet to be surpassed. Honestly, I don’t think they ever will be.
Favourite music: I love the Stones, the Byrds…anything with a rock feel. Having said that a bit of folk music never goes amiss.
Favourite pastime: It might sound weird, but I love to walk. If I have time off I walk through the city. There’s nothing better than strolling through the business district while others hussle to work. They must think I’m on the dole as I’m always walking when people are working.
Favourite food: I love Italian food, they know how to fill a belly.
If you weren't working in radio what would you be doing?  I honestly don’t know… getting paid to play great music is the perfect job. As long as I didn’t have to wear a suit I’d be happy.
Four people you'd love to share dinner with:  Scarlett Johanssen (for the conversation of course)…Hunter S.Thompson, Jimi Hendrix and Socrates.
Likes: Summer, food, music and a good game of Rugby.
Dislikes: Winter, getting up before the sun and self-obsessed people.
Priorities: My Darling Heather.
