Not only do they come with a range of disability equipment, but the vehicles are also available in a range of sizes and seating configurations.  There really is something for everyone. 

Friendly, Professional Service.  No Special Driver’s Licence Requirements

Our sole focus on mobility vehicles ensures we have the expertise to fully understand your needs.   We take great pride in delivering a personal, friendly, professional service every time, that will leave you knowing you made the right choice.

No specialist knowledge or prior experience is required to hire Freedom Mobility’s vehicles, although hand control users will typically have driven a hand control vehicle before.  

All vehicles are set up with user friendly mobility equipment and  fitted out to a high standard.  Wheelchair accessible vans have all been fitted with modern, fully automatic hoists as well as new seating and carpet.  Front and rear air conditioning provides full travelling comfort for all. 

Clients receive full instructions on the use of all disability equipment at the time of delivery.  What’s more they are suitable for anyone with a standard drivers’ licence. 

Rental Vehicle vs Taxi

The key difference between Freedom Mobility’s rental service and a taxi service is that you can go where you want, when you want.  There’s no waiting around and no clock watching.  It’s that independence which many people find so liberating.   And what’s more, it’s usually less expensive, especially if doing several trips.
