Because every ear is different, so is our treatment.

No two ears are the same in fact even ears on an individual person are quite different. While differences in the external physical appearance of ears can be quite east to see, the uniqueness of an ear also extends to include the hidden internal structures and also the level of hearing ability. Therefore when considering ear treatment, there is no one-size-fits-all solution because there is no such thing as a standard ear. Similarly, the effects of hearing loss are unique for every individual and the impact on each person’s life can be completely different.

At Dilworth Hearing our clinicians make a two-fold assessment; firstly based on the results of a full diagnostic hearing test and secondly based on a personalized needs assessment. The first measure is objective and tells us the extent and the nature of the loss. The second measure is subjective and focuses on how the specific hearing loss is affecting the individual. This detailed assessment allows hearing treatment to be fully customised to suit the ear, the hearing loss and the person’s needs.

We invite you to experience the Dilworth Hearing difference

Book a personalized assessment and benefit from a full diagnostic hearing test, hearing needs assessment and in-clinic demonstration of today’s hearing aid technology. This one hour appointment is valued at $180 but is offered to GrownUps readers at $90. Don’t let hearing loss detract from your lifestyle any longer.

A friendly caution: Effective hearing treatment must be personalised, so be wary of highly discounted hearing care deals which offer a pre-selected product. Don’t be tempted by free hearing checks; they are usually just screening checks and that’s why they are free. Hearing aids can be incorrectly recommended based on a free check – always insist on a full diagnostic hearing test.
