The Ways of a Cat

My cat is named Pantha because it is a black male cat. It is full of mischief and just over a year old. It was adopted from the SPCA.

This beautiful creature has a sense of fun, it enjoys nipping me around the ankles when I am hurrying on to the next job to be done. It likes playing games with a feather on a stick and also has great fun with shoelaces. When I try to do up my shoes there is a grab to get to my laces first and I have to shake off the cat who has a lace in its paw.

At mealtimes, it has an annoying habit of leaping on to the dining table (this is after it has already been fed) - thinks it should have a taste of my tea as well. Later, while watching TV, if I should happen to sneak some biscuits from the kitchen, it wants those as well, even if I try to hide them or eat them before it can get to them. It will then sniff the tray table and also get close to my face to "smell" what I have been devouring. I am trying not to give it too many extras because the vet said so, I do not want to end up with a fat cat. It's my pride and joy.
