He's a Mystery Man
Afraid to let go
Of the hurt he experienced so long ago.
Wrapped in his cacoon
Not letting you in
As though having a friend is almost a sin.
I'm not after his heart
Nor want his love
I just want to be freinds for Heavens above!
But he locks me out
Like he does with the rest
Perhaps he thinks that for him its best.
Emerge from your shell
I know that you can
Smile at the world my Mystery Man.
