Dean Stewart is the Owner of WebSafety NZ, a father of 2 teenagers, an IT Security Consultant and over 26 years in the IT industry. He is passionate about internet safety, and believes there is a lack of resources for New Zealanders to draw upon, for help on the topic.

WebSafety NZ help parents throughout New Zealand on all topics relating to internet safety. We will answer any questions via email, and provide expert advice when needed. Whether it is about a particular concern or recommendations on filtering technology, we have the answers.

We regularly run presentations through schools and community groups, where we present internet safety to parents. We step them through current technologies as well as the issues, then take them through some solutions and recommendations, to allow them to help manage internet usage in the home. Likewise, we present to students at achool, focusing on some key topics that are thought provoking yet simple to understand.

We also help parents install parental / filtering software on their home computers, while also making these products available for them to install themselves.
