Don’t jump
Don’t cut
Don’t overdose

What’s the point?

Life may be hard
Life may be sad
Life may be frustrating

But don’t do it!

Rememebr we are all in this together.

Fromn the north to the south

We are all in this together

Night Another day ends its night yet again
How I hate the dark
How I wish it would never came I lay in bed watching TV
And listening to my cat purr
I jump at every noise
Why am I so scared? I know God’s with me!
So why am I still scared? My cat jumps on my bed and looks at me with me with his big yellow eyes
I give him a kiss
Its still night and I still cant sleep Why oh why do I hate night so much?
The night grows to an end
Still I haven’t had much sleep
When oh when will this night ever end?

Day Days are boring and I am scared
I use to be normal but that was the old days
I don’t go to the shops anymore
I stay home all day
I do my shopping online I don’t leave m house
Night is just as bad as day
Where oh where has my life gone? I have no friends except ones on the internet
One day is as bad as the other
Nothing ever changes I fill my days writing poems and stories and creating games.
How I wish I could go outside.
How I wish I was better!!

No sleep Another night draws near
As it gets darker and darker
I get more afraid I didn’t take m meds again
So no sleep wont come for me tonight
My cat sleeps next to me purring Its now 2am and I am still awake
Oh why oh why cant I sleep?
