Our First Rally at Taupo 18-20th March 2011

Welcome to Our First Rally.

Hopefully I have put together an enjoyable weekend for you all to enjoy. The cost will be $135 Plus your Accommodation and Continental Breafkasts. I have booked the Sun Court Motel Conference Centre as it will better if we are all under the same roof.

Programme

Friday Night - early Registrations

Saturday    
8 30am     Breakfast
9.00 am    Photos
10 30am    Cruise and light lunch
1.00pm     Bus trip. If there is enough time a walk along the  lake front for those who wish.
6.30pm     Evening Meal followed by Music, dancing and fun.

Sunday
7 .30am    Breakfast
9.00 am    Putt Putt competition
11.00am    Make our own way to Prawn Farm for Lunch

A tour of the  farm and catch own prawns for lunch.   Other meals available.

The price includes the Cruise: Bus trip; Evening meal and music; Putt putt.

Choose  your own unit and the number of nights, plus the number of breakfasts.

Accommodation 4 star Modern Spacious Units.

Upstairs or downstairs units.

All units include ensuite, tea and coffee facilities Sky TV air conditioning and heat pumps. Outdoor  and heated spa pool.

14 units Double Studio Lake Views
Has a Queen bed. I unit is user friendly for a disabled persons. $145

20 units Twin Studio Lake Views
Dbl bed and single in I room $145 plus $20 extra person

4 I Bedroom Lake Views.
Has a queen bed in b/room and a king spilt in lounge. $175  plus $20 extra person

6 units One Bedroom Garden.
Queen in b/room and King split in lounge.$155 plus $20 extra prson.

1 unit 2 B/room Lake.
Consists  Queen in 1 b/room 2 singles in other b/room and King slpit in lounge. $225 for 4 persons plus $20 extra person.

4 units 2 b/room family units.
With queen in1 b/room 2 singles in other b/room and a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge. $170 up to 4 people plus $20 extra person

Please add on $14.50 for Continental Breakfast.
