Weight - There is More!

This last solstice i made some changes in my regime and have seen quantifiable benefits.

First - I lost a couple of Kilos - not that I consider I was overweight: 6'3' is a good height for my weight of 91kgs but a bit of padding around belt line just disappeared.

Second - inflammation, had had a significantly inflamed end to a Vas (had been that way for years) and in the space of a couple of weeks - gone!

Third - my balance improved, not that it was a problem but I run up and down the steps now, as I used to years ago and I feel as in control now as I used to.

Now - in my book all that is good news.

For those that want to know what changes I wrought - read on.

So, from the solstice I upped my intake of Fat, Cholesterol and Salt and got into to the Sun starting 10 mins a day back and front. As well I added 2 supplements Astaxanthin and a Joint one containing a Sulphate (I have a dickie ankle which I was trying to sort and have improved it as well).

I know, I know, the Health Police will be after me but living on the edge is so much more fun ;-)
