When I downloaded it came up in my WORD prog as a lot of numbers etc. No defined areas.
I have tried to print the ancestry chart, but it only came out small. What do I do to make it fit an A4 page????? Betty
I down loaded the chart OK but can't edit it in other words I can't fill it out as it is password protected so what use is it??
Yes me too - I downloaded it but it was Passworded and I couldnt open it. I even tried to convert it to a Word document but still couldnt get past the Password. So much for it being FREE!
I had no problems printing off the chart . Enlarged and printed it as normal .
I also had no problems downloading and saving the chart..
it fitted on the A4 paper correctly
No problems with chart.Fits A4 fine

I was able to print it out... click onto the chart then the blue button on your right top of the page i did mine at...74.4% ...
