2 cups of sugar
2 lemons
6 quarts warm water
¼ tsp dried yeast
1 cup water
1 tbsp crème of tartar
2 tbsp ground ginger
Mix sugar and lemon juices in large bowl. Pour in 6 quarts warm water and stir to dissolve sugar.
While mix is cooling, dissolve yeast I 1 cup water ( also warmed) add creme of tartar and ginger. Add to lemon juice and sugar. Mix. Pour into bottles and seal.
Store for 5 days before using.
