750gr raw peanuts
Roast in oven at 150 degrees until desirably golden in colour ( about 20 minutes). Remove from oven and cool. Adding a sprinkle of salt is optional.
To remove skins…..take outside into a strong wind, or blow hard onto nuts. Most skins will blow away but you can crush slightly with rolling pin to remove last of skins by hand.
Place cooled nuts into a blender or food processor with 2 tbsps of oil, and blend until crunchy or smooth as required.
Should fill 3 average jars. This peanut butter is far superior to bought stuff and has no added sugar.
