Ingredients
230g Cooked ham cut into 1/4 inch strips
115g rice and 300ml water (Cook rice - with a bit of cooking oil)
1 tablespoon chooped and lightly cooked onion
1 diced green capsicum
2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon soya sauce
11 mandarins drained
150ml french dress
Method:
Combine cooked rice, green peppers, onion, sugar, and soya sauce.
Toss lightly in french dressing
Cover with manadrine and ham stripes
