Dangerous Delicious Chocolate Cake

4 Tablespoons self raising flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 Tablespoons Milk
3 Tablespoons oil
3 Tablespoons Chocolate chips (optional)
A dash of Vanilla essence.
1 LARGE COFFEE MUG.
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well, add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add chocolate chips and vanilla and mix again.Put mug in the microwave for 3 minutes on high (1000 watts). The cake will rise over the mug but that"s O.K. Allow to cool a little and tip onto a plate. EAT. This can be served to 2 people. Nice served with a dash of cream.
