by anon7249 21st March somewhere else on this site you have another similar recipe that I have used for years.
by Sandra 19th March I have an almost identical recipe and I add spinach [the frozen variety is perfect] and a cup of diced cooked potato. If red onion is used, no need to pre cook. I use up all the veg in the frig - courgette, brocolli, diced pumpkin etc and use a well greased 28 - 30cm flan dish
by Raegan 1st March I love this recipe. I always make two, one for dinner and one to have cold the next day :)
by Anonymous 26th November 2013 Super easy and tasty! I also added frozen mixed veges and fresh herbs. Delish!!
