Me mum has seen her fair share of stuff
But through it all has she been tough
When I was just a young wee lass
We had a steep track all covered in grass
Mum went to go down this hill one day
And down she went not once but trey
And when she slipped she showed her b*m
And these men workers laughed at my mum
Mum's poor face was red and glowing
Because of this rather impromptu showing
And there was the time she took us to school
in a clapped out car made us look like fools
Mum being in a hurry was in her night ware
When the car broke down oh what a nightmare
She had to flag down some passing assistance
In her slippers and nightie coz home was some distance
I'll always remember how red her face glowed
But mine was much redder and I know it showed
