When egos are quelled mankind advances.....

Need not be I to weild the pen
write words of wisdom for the eyes of men
Nor pen the poems to be admired by
and cause the erudite to sigh
As profound thoughts are carried high
and egos aside are allowed to die.Not for me to make the rules
put crowns of kings on heads of fools
Nor would I to make so bold
to define the rules for all to hold
To write a bible in words of gold
to be binding on the common fold.For I am nothing but a name
and you and you and you the same
No bravery is required of me
nor my name in lights to be
For we are all one in a cosmic sea
which merits no picayunity.
