Thundering clouds, storm tossed seas
A rocking boat, just you and me
We struggle in vain to turn to shore
But the wind's too strong and it starts to pour
It's getting dark and we can't see land
And in despair I hold your hand 'I love you'
I cry but the wind eats my words
I try again and again but you just haven't heard
The boat starts to sink and we cling to its side
Then the storm is all over and we're still alive
