The most delicious lunch

When a junior nurse at a private hospital you often get the little essential jobs that the more senior nurses have little time to do.

This day it was hectic as several operations were scheduled and in between two operations the chief surgeon and his surgeon helpers had to have a break for lunch and a cup of coffee, before they set too for a very complex and critical heart operation.

The senior nurse was flat out and there was no lunch suitable for the senior surgeons to partake.

So she asked Jane, the most junior nurse, to make some yummy sandwiches for the senior surgeon and his helpers.

With great enthusiasm at making lunch for such esteemed surgeons she raided the fridge and found some very aromatic and tasty looking meat filling.
Carefully she made several sandwiches of this tasty looking meat filling and as an extra she added some jam filling in other sandwiches as well as other filings.

Well, this proud offering was sent to the esteemed surgeons and they found the meat filling really delicious and praised the head nun for her fine effort as the next few critical hours the surgeons will need all their best efforts to save the life of their patient.

The head nun accepted the praise and later passed it on to the junior nurse.
And asked her where she got the delicious filling the chief surgeon and his helper so much liked.

The junior nurse said she got it from the fridge and it looked so yummy she thought it was just the ideal filling for such an esteemed group of surgeons.

The junior nurse said "from the fridge, Sister Mary, near the top."

A totally shocked nun said "You have just fed our most senior surgeons with my cat food".
