Earth Song.

I sit and listen to the birds singing their so sweet songs.
The magpies so melodic, The chooks chuckling, and huckling.

The feel of the land, the gentle swaying of the shrubs and flowers,
as they dance to brother and sister winds sweet song.

The stillness of the trees, strong, silent, Sentinels of this land.

The spider's webs, a beautiful receptacle for Dawn Maidens breath,
shining, and sparkling like a song long forgotten.

The far away hills, dark and mysterious, untold stories in their bones.

If I listen really deeply, the song of a distant stream, running joyfully over grandmother, grandfather rocks, telling the story of the return to the sea.

Deeper still I go, the dev's come to play. Wraith like wisps, changing form and colour, mishievous imps, in every way. Pulling the hair, tickling the nose, even trying to reach the toes.

Deeper now and wider still. The Circadian hum, chanting God's name.

Deeper still, awareness of Earth and space, starting, oh so far away.

Can I hear it? NO. The feeling is deep inside, the song of the EARTH, SUN, SEA AND SKY. An unlimited vibration dancing in me.

Deeper still beyond it all - in the silence my spirit soars.
