With the challenging times we currently live in, it is sometimes a good idea to step back and think how can we help, unfortunately most of us are running around chasing our tails just trying to keep ahead of the endless financial pressures and demanding employers, if we can find the time to help, perhaps an elderly or disabled neighbor or friend may need a helping hand, or we could network and find a job for someone partly employed, or if we have abundance pay for some one to work around our homes. We are all inter-connected and by doing a loving act we not only make the other person feel good we also grow ourselves we are important beings and we should look into the mirror every day and say I accept and love who I am.

Too often we are hard on our selves, if other people ran down and criticized us as we too often criticize ourselves, I don't think we would want to be friends much longer with that person.

Love is not a privilege, it is a God given right. Love has no strings attached. I am loved by your acceptance of love from me. such is unconditional love.

Take time out to smell the roses, spend time with people who uplift you and accept you for who you are, and don't forget to smile, laugh chill out and do lots of fun things.
