Natural Remedies for Problem Sinuses

Spring is upon us which means, longer days, warmer nights, flowers blooming, and bees a buzzing. For many, it is their favourite time of the year but for a growing number of people it means swollen eyes, an itchy nose, constant sneezing, and headaches, and they dread the season.  The increase in pollen and dust in the air can trigger all sorts of problems with your sinuses and it can create the cold that never goes away!

But there is a natural way to alleviate the irritations that the spring weather elements can bring, thanks to Redd Remedies.

Redd Remedies was born out of years of work, research and an uncompromising desire to offer the best natural medicine to customers.  All Redd Remedies products are natural and the formulas are a combination of traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, aromatherapy, European herbals, vitamins and minerals. The products are designed to work quickly and go beyond the surface issue and really target in at the core of the problem.

Redd have developed a high quality range of nautural supplements specificially to assist with sinus problems that address the symptoms but can also be used as a preventative measure.

The range includes; Adult Sinus Support, SinuZyme and Sinus Aromatherapy inhaler and for those who know of children that suffer from sinus problems, Redd have a special formula designed for children (from the age of 2 years) - Children Sinus Support.

Adult Sinus Support is a daily supplement that can be used to protect against infection or to treat the issue, as it addresses the three body systems involved in sinus and bronchial health.

1. Immune system—modifies the release of histamine, which results in normal mucosal secretions and healthy immune function

2. Respiratory system—works to balance the function of the sinus and bronchial systems and clears and soothes the mucus membranes of the sinuses and the lungs

3. Digestive system—helps to restore the balance of good bacterial in the digestive tract and to maintain healthy immune function

SinuZyme™ is powerful solution for addressing significant sinus issues and infection.  It helps support healthy sinus drainage, immune function, and lymphatic drainage.  SinuZyme™ is designed for 10 day use and not to be used as a protection against infection.  In order to get maximum benefit, it can be followed up with Adult Sinus Support as needed.

SinuZyme™ has four key functions:

1. Supports the immune system
2. Promotes normal sinus drainage
3. Supports the lymphatic system
4. Promotes the body's natural detoxification process

The Aromatherapy Inhaler is formulated with organic, therapeutic quality essential oils. This combination of essential oils works synergistically as a powerful mucolytic (breaks up or thins mucus), expectorant, and supports a healthy balance of bacteria in the sinus cavities.

The Aromatherapy Inhaler has two key functions:

1. Supports normal sinus drainage
2. Supports healthy sinus cavities

The inhaler works quickly to break up mucus and eliminate it from the body, while Adult and Children's Sinus Support work internally to promote a normal and healthy immune response.

Redd means to “put in order” which is what they do at Redd Remedies; they put your health in order.

Redd Remedies are available through selected health stores & pharmacies or through www.naturalmeds.co.nz. For further product information visit www.reddremedies.com

by coli028 15th September 2011 At this time of the year when the polland and dust affect so many people with their sinuses, and it is so hard to get rid of the problem which I had a few years ago following the flu. I was referred to a ear nose and throat specialist who told me that the best treatment is to dissolve half a tsp of sea salt and half a tsp of bicarbanate of soda in a cup of warm water. If you have a nose sprayer or can get one, spray up uour nose three times a day, otherwise snort it up from the palm of your hand. It will keep in the fridge with some gladwrapp over it. It was a cheap cure and certainly worked for me after taking lots of antibiotics. Good luck, Colin. L. Deans.
