At this time of the year when the polland and dust affect so many people with their sinuses, and it is so hard to get rid of the problem which I had a few years ago following the flu. I was referred to a ear nose and throat specialist who told me that the best treatment is to dissolve half a tsp of sea salt and half a tsp of bicarbanate of soda in a cup of warm water. If you have a nose sprayer or can get one, spray up uour nose three times a day, otherwise snort it up from the palm of your hand. It will keep in the fridge with some gladwrapp over it. It was a cheap cure and certainly worked for me after taking lots of antibiotics. Good luck, Colin. L. Deans.
