How many grownup members have enlisted for the drill practice at 9.26am on September 26th for the nationwide earthquake drill?
If you haven't heard about it, go to www.getthru.govt.nz and register your family or work or business or school.
There are a number of pdf printouts for you to read so you know what to do when and if it actually occurs. These forms list what you might need, suggestions for storing food/water etc and what you might need to get thru in an emergency situation.
I think it's a great opportunity for as many people as possible to experience and urge you to share this information with friends and family.
Also you can contact your local council for information specific to your locale.
