Heart Foundation Annual Appeal - February 2010

The Heart Foundation Annual Appeal runs from February 8-14, with a nationwide street collection taking place on Friday 12 February.

The aim of the appeal week is to raise vital funds to continue our life-saving work funding vital heart research, continuing education of cardiologists, improving heart disease risk assessment and cardiac care, and promoting heart healthy lifestyles.

The annual appeal is also a great opportunity for our branches to promote the importance of heart disease prevention, through awareness raising events and activities.

Regional branches nationwide are looking for collection day support, so if you are able to help out this year please contact Liz Henry, National Street Appeal Coordinator.
