On Friday (April 27), Greyhounds As Pets Central Regional Co-ordinator Robyn Bowry and greyhound Maxi The Taxi will be on the streets of Wellington with her gang of helpers and hounds as part of the Greyhounds As Pets Street Appeal in Wellington.
Robyn and Maxi will be seeking your financial support for this wonderful cause, which assists retired racing dogs to find loving homes as family pets. For more information, and to find out how to adopt a former racing dog, visit www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz.
Dig deep on Friday and perhaps Maxi will give you some expert tips for the races at Wanganui and Addington later in the day...
