Hello! I have been singing for nearly 50 years.I go out every week with a group. We are all past our'use-by' date, and looks like this year will be the last time.We have been together for 15 years. We entertain at all the rest homes. In all this time I have never ever sung with a Karaoke outfit. But seeing as how I'm starting to forget some words, it might be worth a shot.

Karaoke really is a fun way to spend an evening, maybe there's a gig happening in your neighbourhood, and a few calls later all the mates are gettin down james brown.... I've been involved in music for many years and still going strong. I entertained with a friend in my home town Rotorua, then moved on to Aus, where I did restaurants and private functions. Eventually I came back to NZ and decided to go into the karaoke business, now I sit back and let others do the singing...occasionally, I'll have a sing, like the opening/closing song and maybe one or two in the night just to pick things up if there are too many Bette Midler's. Not often and may I repeat myself, not often have I had bad gigs, on the whole they're the best and I arrive home on a high. So folks why not let me know of your experiences at these gigs?
