What a great and magnificant budget that our great minister of Finance gave this great Country of ours called NEW ZEALAND.
Training more Engineers and Scientists
Boosting funding for health by 1.5 Billion over the next 4 years
500 million more into Education
85% of 18y.o will have N.C.E.A. in 5years
Prisoner reoffending reduced by 25% in 5 years.
And all of these are not wanted by this Labour Club. They are all extremely opposed to these magnificant budget items.
We must prresume that if we ever were so unfortunate to have this Labour group plus Winnie the Pooh and the tree hugging Greens led by Rusty in power all these above items would be cancelled .
Long live New Zealand under a stable National Government regardless of what the present Labour Club tries to force down the throats of us Grown Ups.

It appears that my #14 has hit the nail on the head as none of the Labour Club members could pick any holes in it. At long last I have quietened them. It just shows when you point out the real truths these club members tend to duck for cover.
Well done benny.

You are getting there, benny. Expressing positives instead of abusing the messengers. Post 14 is a good post. Something for the opposition to chew on.

So often only the bad bits get chewed on without considering the good bits offered and commended with politics.
Still rather live in NZ than anywhere else, as Fred Dagg would sing. "we don't know how lucky we are."

I hope the courts realise it is duck shooting season and shoot that idiot Mallard down in flames for his stupidity over putting that photo on his blog. The courts should give Little thought to that ex Union skunk and get rid of him for a while.
Talk about Politicians with forked tongues these two would be the epitome of hypocrisy.

Do we really need to address National spin because serious resume it is not otherwise all the negative sides of the budget would have been included also.
But if you insist.
Training more Engineers and Scientists. Yes but less than under the previous administration and all with bigger student loans and a stronger incentive to move overseas.
Boosting funding for health by 1.5 Billion over the next 4 years. Only by taking money from other areas. Robbing Peter to pay Paul is not a sign of economic success.
500 million more into Education. Again only by taking money from other areas. Robbing Peter to pay Paul is not a sign of economic success.
85% of 18y.o will have N.C.E.A. in 5years. This is only a goal and with the cuts to teacher numbers and increased class sizes I doubt they will achieve it. Unless of course they focus on meaningless scores at the cost of real education.
Prisoner reoffending reduced by 25% in 5 years. Note this is about reoffending so what we are seeing here is the result of what the previous Labour administration did. But good of Benny to point out how successful Labour's polices are.

She seems to have the twisted bowel syndrome what a shame. I feel sorry for her but eventually it will go away.

You would know all about taxing and means testing if you lived in Australia. They are fairy Gonmothers here in comparison here, but they do give out nice lollies for Christmas and free travel. Maybe if we divide NZ into independant States there may be more fairness with Governors to keep everything fair and square.
