I have used this recipe for some years, I use light olive oil and find the Home brand flour as good as the dearer ones.
Follow your machines directions for adding ingredients and cooking. I sometimes use half wholemeal and add grain mix from the Bin Inn. I prefer cooking in a loaf tin in the oven and just set the baker to dough. Two small tins or a large cottage loaf on a tray.

Surebake yeast 3 tsps
High grade flour 450 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2dsps
Milk powder 2dsps ( 20 )
OIl 2 dsps (20 mls)
Water 310 mls
