Proteins are a very important nutritional element in the diet of every one and especially the elderly, pre- and post-female and male menopausal. It is vital to have several portions of proteins (from dairy, fish, meat, egg or vegetarian source) per meal. As a naturopath I cannot stress this more. Proteins are vital for immune, skeletal and hormonal systems. Peter Riddering, ND.

I t seems odd to me....Fonterra of all companies doing something out of the goodness of their hearts? They don't exactly have a history of that. Is this some sort of P.R exercise to try to cancel out that scandal about the babyfood? Sorry. I don't easily trust a firm who have proved themselves quite happy to poison babies and young children.
