hi folk, my NYR is to get healthier and so I have to lose some kilos. I have found this wonderful free site and I am having fun, can you believe that? sign up is easy but be an ausie. I live in qld, haha. You add a few details about your health and it gives you a modest goal. you make your daily meal plan and it counts the calories for you and at the end of the week you check in and you can look at all the nutrients you ate for the week. I been a member for 10 days and eat what I want and lost 2 kg. Give it a try it if you are struggling.
