Noticed in the library today a huge number of books in comic version. For example, Batman, Superman, and many others. Westerns and War are some my husband although an avid reader, who enjoy these for light relaxation, with one eye on the telly.

Today one caught my eye, called 'The Exile', an outlander graphic novel, by Diana Gabaldon. It is based on the Outlander series she wrote, the saga consisted of 7 books.
One needs to have read the series to appreciate this novel way of presenting the story in illustrations created by Hoang Nguyen.
It is such a hoot, quite funny in fact seeing the expressions of the characters that one can't quite imagine in a written novel.
