Lovely Grub - well on the whole it was - lovely ladies - just six of us but a more manageble group - I could hear all the conversations. Miss so much when there's a crowd. Jeanz - you were looking a bit more relaxed and once everything settles down here I'll call in. Taking brother down to Auckland Friday and spending the w/end with son Mark - then it should be back to normal.
Take care all BB

They are excellent for an evening meal and have a special price for seniors - they have a good selection of courses and their soup is very tasty. I also heartily recommend the Thai restaurant at Kensinton, across from the Shell Station. Elmslie

June 15th is a Friday which suits me as I have no usual plans and I have been to the Thai Restaurant in Kensington, would be nice to have Thai, I also like the one on Rathbone street, they have a nice lunch menu.

Cob and Co was nice and like MumB said a nice number, it's nice to go to different places for lunch. Hope more can make it next time tho lollol

I am almost part of the furniture at that Chinese Rest, go there very very often for lunch and also smorg at nights, just love the food. Yes both the Thai places are nice, prob better parking down town one. I have suggested these before, but with no goers, however people might have changed there minds by now. Wed & Thurs suit me better, but will try and fit in, np.

I'm open to anything - will be off to Auckland some time - have to fit in w/ son & wife - they have to go to the NZ mbassy, accountant etc and need a babysitter so I'm just waiting for the call. They leave for Thailand end of Julycrycrycry
Had a lovely weekend w/ them and brought home a car load of stuff to store - much to Allan's dismay.................
I'm off to Jersey Boys next Sunday with a group from out this way. Should be fun.biggrin
