This is a new survey we've just put together to find out your feedback on how the site is running.

If you want to have your say and let us know what is working well, what's not working so well, what you'd like to see added, and generally what you think of the site - this is your chance!

Your help is very appreciated. Please go to the homepage and click on the article "GrownUps User Survey".

I'm new here but find myself favorably impressed with how the GU site is run. I've only become involved in principally one Hobby w/ Writing for Fun as a subject. People have been cordial to exceedinly nice and I want to express my appreciation to each. The writing thread has developed to encourage some who might not normally express their thoughts in print. I would rate the site as high or higher than any other I've visited or in which I have participated. A good exchange of ideas.
Thank You
Tom B.

Tom, good onya mate. Us jokers down under here are normally fairly friendly bunch. But like anything sometimes exceptions do raise their ugly heads.

Dave, I have just done that survey. Don't hold it against me but I did suggest you speed the site up.

And thanks for helping us get over those hic-cups. if you know what I mean.

Hi Dave. Is it okay to do the survey more than once? I did it the other day and found I was logged out when I went back to my GUPS pages! Also since doing the survey the first time I've thought of some more answers I could have come up with!

Thanks for GUPS by the way..... my days wouldn't be the same without it now!!! biggrin biggrin

I'm sure it wouldn't hurt too much to do it again if you'd really like. The survey isn't actually hosted on the GrownUps website, we use another program with a GrownUps account. So this means that if you do the survey and come back to GrownUps you may find that you have been 'timed out' and will have to login again.

PS:
"Timed Out" means that you have been inactive on GrownUps for a relatively long period of time and so you have been automatically logged out. If you use the "Keep me logged in" function then you won't be timed out.

Just like you to know that this is the best thing since sliced bread. I am an avid writer, but can't get my books published, so Grups is providing me with a service because I have made my own thread Annie's Story, am serialising my autobiography, and getting raves from a lot of members. This in turn encourages me to add another chapter, and my confidence is growing with every post I make. Unfortunately i can't find a publisher, so grups are getting to read a good book for free. I'm happy about that. I simply want my story to be read and enjoyed.

That is really fantastic Annie! It is a great story too! Thank you so much for your feedback - as well as writing a book, you can add to your list of achievements "Making the GrownUps Team Smile"! biggrin
