hi there I have got type 2 diabetes but I also take Insulin.

Hi :
I do not have diabetes, but avoid sugars, as they would feed my cancer. We are in our 1st year of growing Yacon, originally fron South America, a wonderfuly sweet tuber, that contains inulin, non fermentable, and I believe, suitable for diabetics. Check it out. Cheers,

has anyone got any tried and true recipies for diabetics, example i was thinking of special occasions like xmas, or having a dinner party, is there any nice goodies we are allowed to have at all thanks einna
