I have been trying to trace my grandafther, Albert Clarence LINDALE (or LINDHAL) The first records of him that I have been able to locate are his intention to marry and his marriage certificate. Also found an advertisement in Papers Past (www.paperspast.natlib.govt.nz) which announced his marriage in January 1908 - it was here that the name LINDHAL appeared (different from his marrigae certificate).
He was a plasterer by trade - known in his latter years in Wellington as a Master Plasterer.
Are there any records of plasterers, particularly the training of these at the beginning of the 20th Century? If so where could such records be found?
