Your Post caught my eye, special. A dear friend who was visiting me yesterday has an adult son who has had this disorder for many years. She is in despair as he is always getting into scrapes as he is unable to keep his mouth shut which, with his grandiose impression of himself and inflated ego makes people treat him like an idiot or have put him in the too hard basket. There is no professional help for him and he lives alone amid the most bizarre posters he has made and general household disorder. He cannot be taken into care it seems. His mother is well over the age to be able to care for him and her health is suffering with worry . Is there an organised group for this disorder, do you know ?
