I am a widow at present. If my home is in aTrust and I wished to cohabit with another, who also has a home in Trust, is it possible to combine half of each into the one property making separate trusts? What would anyone suggest I do, bearing in mind I would like half my equity in my home to be invested as an income.?
I look forwad to your comments and suggestions.
Kind regards, Carol

I don't know the answer to that question. But my advice would be to check with your local Advocate Law Office, where you can obtain advice for free.Your public library would have details,or in your phone book.
thanks so much GeeBee........I will do that, as common ground lawyers are SO expensive, and at this stage they are only ideas I am throwing around, and don't want to be ladled with huge lawyers accounts at this stage.
