Thank you for your lovely support everyone ((((huggles)))) it's what keeps me coming back.
I have problems sleeping and the following day is a daze.....I'm trying those new herbal sleep drops, very expensive and the results aren't positive.

My dear wee papillion is on pain meds now and I have to say that I am spoiling her. She shares every meal I have......she can only eat soft food since 80% of her teeth were removed last year. She's only just over 11 but I think the breed is so inbred in NZ that there are lots of health problems sad

I'll do another flower next week wink

Hi LadyP - poor little dog with missing teeth - that's so sad. My dog is 11 but still has teeth and a good appetite to use them! Typical lab. She has bad hips instead though.
My doc gave me zopiclone for sleeping - they're great, work very well for me (otherwise I wouldn't sleep at all!)
Here's a link to a clip that I was watching yesterday about painting flowers - not that you need any lessons - but if you are like me, I could watch people paint for hours and I always manage pick up some little hint along the way.

Our dear little pets, what they do go through sometimes. Removing teeth can save their lives though at times. My SIL just spent over 2,000.00 on fixing up his aging cat/baby and it is amazing the difference to his health, the cat's I mean. He is back to normal and we thought this was the end of the road for him.
I have problems going to bed, not problems sleeping lady P
i feel for you as I went through the 2 hrs of sleep a night years ago and it was muderous. Sometimes I would be running on 4 hrs and that was better.
Actually, that was the reason I started going to bed later because I would be awake for so long before eventually drifting off for a short time.
It can be caused by a calcium deficiency, or hormones, or nervous conditions, or hormones, or the day's stress, or hormones, or thinking about what's happening the next day, or hormones, smile and many other reasons. If you don't know what is behind it, it is hard to fix it.

Doug, I will take your word for it.. haha not primitive is good... lol

Lol TK........ that sunflower I did on the previous page was from one of her demos wink The latest DVD set I got was from Bob Davies and Joanne is the tutor in all of them .

I get to sleep no problem at all..... it's staying asleep that's the problem. I was born at 2.10am and that's usually the time I wake. I have zopiclone and if I really can't sleep I take half. I haven't had a full night's sleep for 12 years since I had 3 major spinal surgeries in 6 months. If lack of sleep is my only problem.....I don't have much to moan about razzlollollol

Wow it's beautiful LadyP. I love it and it's the sort of "different" style I look for if ever searching for art in the shops. I love the sound of Tuscany esp' after seeing a documentary about the blind Andreas and a young 16 yr old girl, singing their hearts out in "Under Tuscany Skies" on tele some yrs ago. It went into the personal life of Andreas as well.

Nice work Jodie! Both are very nice cats and very well done.
I do hope you can get through all that is ahead. Thank goodness the shingles are better at least. If they come back use a Vit E cream on the site to ease it. It worked very well for a friend. smile
