I agree with you joybel the rubbish around christchurch is bad but people don`t seem to care I don`t think we have much pride left in our country
I live in Nelson, moved here a couple of years ago now. I am gobsmacked that we pay water rates here. With all the springs that are around this area.
It is the first time in my life that I have ever had to pay for water. But its even worse when the line rate is more than the water I have consumed!!
