Want to use those egg whites up? Make an omellete.
Beat the egg whites to a very stiff consistency (until peaks form) and put aside.
Thoroughly beat an egg and add to it a little salt and pepper, fresh parsley, fresh basil, tomato, onion, cheese (or whatever you want to put in it).
FOLD the stiff white eggs into the beaten egg mixture GENTLY. Don't beat the whites in. You want `chunks' of egg white throughout the mixture.
Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan and pour the mixture in. Cook on a medium heat until the yellowy part starts to set.
When the omellette is cooked put the omellete under a grill to brown the top.
You should have a BIG omellette that will feed a couple of people and it will be delicious.

And OJ's suggestion about googling `Juice Man' is a good one. I had one of his books once (when I had a juicer) and some of his recipes are simply delicious!

Hello everyone,
I've just purchased a Juicer and wonder if any of you can give me any handy little hints or ideas for using it.
